Return Process
1. To initiate a return, send an email to support@pickdpowders.com with your order details and reason for return.
2. We'll respond with a shipping label and instructions.
3. Don’t worry, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping!
Refunds
1. Upon receiving your returned item, we'll send an email confirming receipt and informing you of the refund timeline.
2. Refunds will be issued to the same account used for purchase.
3. Please allow time for the refund to process.
Lost or Stolen Packages
