Founded by Zach and Catherine, PICKD POWDERS was born from a deeply personal journey. After Catherine experienced postpartum depression, she turned to nutrition as a path toward healing. As she began focusing on whole, nutrient-dense foods, she discovered the incredible power of microgreens—tiny plants packed with life-changing benefits. Inspired to share that experience, we created a convenient and accessible way for others to nourish themselves, too.
